Phil Ivey makes World Series of Poker 2009 Final Table

The 2009 World Series of Poker Main Event in Las Vegas has produced its final table of nine who will wait it out till November to see who walks away 3_phil_iveywith the WSOP bracelet and a whopping  $8.5 million for 1st place. Many non-poker players are still under the impression that poker( Texas Holdem in particular) is a game of luck but you just need to look at the career of Phil Ivey.He is regarded as the best player in the world (the Tiger Woods of poker) and his live poker winnings top the $10 million mark while his online winnings for 2008 alone are  estimated at $8 million. He has already won 2 bracelets at this years event and in making the final table of the main competition he outlasted a field of 6500 players. If Ivey manages to win the main event in 115 days time will there be any doubt that he is the greatest player to ever play the game?
