This is so sad!

I would not consider myself a gourmet chef by any means but im no slouch in the kitchen either.I make a magnificent seared ostrich fillet covered with melted gorgonzola cheese sprinkeled with crushed almonds and topped with avacado.Yesterday however was not one of my most memorable cooking attempts.My lady had started proceedings off  but then got interrupted by an international phone call thus i was handed the reins.Who knew that making risotto was such a #$%%^*?} mission.
